A must read for anyone feeling overwhelmed and needs to start taking care of themselves.

Everyone deserves to live a life filled with joy, purpose and authentic fulfilment.

Dr Harry Somaraju brings us on an evolutionary journey of the ancient remedies concerning the fundamental questions afflicting mankind. He offers us the HASH60 program, an invaluable and original concept designed to cultivate a sense of peace and calm and help us navigate the daily struggles and stresses of modern life.

By living in alignment with our core values, HASH60 shows us how we can channel our anxiety into more positive and productive experiences. Dr Somaraju enables us to develop the habits and skills necessary to overcome the bombardment of stresses and constant pressures that life throws at us. This guide details practice exercises using a HRV Monitor and meditation. The Heart Centred Mindfulness Meditation is divided into 2 parts, heart coherence and mind mastery practice and the second part, a more purpose driven mindful meditation. This Medication (HC-MM) aims to embed the 4 base core values, suggested as PACK (patience, acceptance, contentment and kindness), within your psyche and neural network.

By combining heart, mind and body training you will manage your stress, build resilience and stay centred in the face of challenges. Dr Somaraju says taking care of our hearts, minds and bodies is the key to sustaining a greater balance and harmony. He recognises how physical health is conducive towards achieving emotional and mental well being and draws support and inspiration from the teachings of the Stoics, Marcus Aurelius, the Upanishads – the Hindu Holy Scriptures, Buddha, the Four Noble Truths and along with Osho, E. Tolle and S. Covey’s 7 habits of highly effective people.

Exercises are further broken down to focus in turn on each core value and cultivate same within a time frame dedicated to each core value. An illustration or calendar layout would be most helpful to see the overall context of each practice exercise and how they combine together within the 60 day timeline. Thus, the culmination of HASH60 would be easier to see and how it is then carried on, thereafter.

The detail dedicated to each exercise is testimony to its authors successes. There is no ambiguity or room for confusion regarding the practice which helps centre the focus upon the task and the meditation. Each core value is treated individually and given time and attention to enable a full understanding and acceptance within the structure of the practice meditation. After all, rituals and habits are only effective once they are formed correctly in the first place. Implementation into one’s daily life then becomes effortless with all the added benefits.

Dr Harry Somaraju targets the body, the heart and the mind and fuses ancient wisdom with modern science in a compelling and enlightening guide to achieving the Ahh-mazing.
